Delivery
Orders placed before 1pm are dispatched the very same day. Orders placed after 1pm are dispatched the following day.
For peace of mind and guaranteed next day delivery we recommend using our Express Courier service. This is a tracked and insured service by Yodel and guarantees next day delivery for all Mainland UK destinations apart from the Highlands when ordered before 1pm.

Returns
Return Instructions
1. Ensure your item is originally packaged in a re-saleable, non-used condition.
2. Print out the returns label below, completing as many details as possible.
3. Securely attach this label to the outside of your package.
4. Include a second label inside your package detailing your reason for return. This also helps if the exterior label becomes damaged during posting.

Failure to include any of the above details will make it impossible for us to trace your return, thus delaying your refund.
IMPORTANT!
DO NOT return faulty or damaged items, simply email us with details/photos of the problem and we will be able to replace or refund your order. We are unable to reimburse any postage costs for unnecessarily returned faulty/damaged items.
Providing you have included all the relevant information, we will process your refund as soon as the returned item is back with us. The refund will be returned to the PayPal account or bank card which you originally used to purchase the item.
