I’ve placed my order…now what?! – Once you place your order you will be sent an order confirmation email. This email will contain details of your order including what it is you have bought, your delivery address and delivery method. It will also include your unique order number which is very important should you need to contact us regarding the order at a later stage. You will also receive an email when your item is actually dispatched from our warehouse just so you know it’s on the way to you.

When will I receive my order? – Depending of which shipping service you chose at checkout will depend on when you will receive your order. Shipping times are as follows:

UK Delivery: 

Royal Mail 1st class - 1-2 working days

Royal Mail 2nd class - 2-4 working days

Express Courier  – Next working day


International Delivery: 

Royal Mail International - 7-14 working days

We dispatch orders from our warehouse 7 days a week including bank holidays. However our couriers only deliver on working days so please bare this in mind when ordering. If you order say on a Friday night, your item will be dispatched from our warehouse on a Saturday, but the courier won’t start to put the order through their delivery system until the Monday.

Our delivery times are estimated and are given to us by the couriers we use which are Royal Mail and Yodel (formerly DHL).

Oi BuySend.com I haven’t received my order yet! – Don’t panic! If you haven’t received your order within the allotted time frame them please get in contact with us by emailing info@buysend.com . Please make sure to state your unique order number which you would have received in your order confirmation email. This lets us know who you are so we can help you ASAP. 

I’ve received my order but it’s damaged! – We never like to hear that an order has been damaged in transit but it does from time to time happen. The main thing here is how we go about dealing with it. If you receive a damaged order, whether it be physically or internally damaged then please get in contact with us by emailing info@buysend.com . Please make sure to state your unique order number which you would have received in your order confirmation email. This lets us know who you are so we can help you ASAP. It also helps a lot if you can send us a picture of the damage.

I’ve received my item but it’s not really what I expected? – When you’re buying from the internet it’s always a little bit risky in that you can’t physically see the item before you purchase. So from time to time you may buy and item and when you receive it think “hmm this isn’t really what I expected?”. Not a problem at. We operate a no hassle 45 day returns policy so you can return an item/s to us for a full refund. Before doing this please email us for instructions. Any item that comes back to us needs to at least have the customers unique order number included so we know who to refund when it comes back!

I want to know more information about an item I’m interested in – Here at BuySend.com we stock over 20,000 products and this is a number that grows weekly! We do our best to accurately describe all of our items using the details given to us by our supplies. Sometimes you might have a question that we have not covered. Unfortunately we are unable to give any more details on the products we have that what is already given.

I’m waiting for a refund, when will I receive it? – Refunds on returned goods are made on the same day as we receive them back, as long as they are as per the return guidelines. All refunds are made back to either the original card you paid with or back to your PayPal account. We can’t refund to different cards or send the money to your Uncle John because the item was meant for him.

If you have returned an item but haven’t had a refund yet then we most probably either haven’t received it, or you didn’t include your order number so we don’t know who the item is from. Either way please get in contact with us about the issue by emailing info@buysend.com

I’ve placed an order but I want to amend my details! – Our order processing system is fully automated and so when you place an order it goes straight into our warehouse to be dispatched. Therefore we are very sorry to say that it’s not possible for us to amend order details such as names and addresses after the order is placed. Please make sure that all your details are correct before placing orders.

I’ve just placed an order but now I want to cancel it – You’re not going to like us much here, but it’s the same as above. All orders are processed immediately so we aren’t able to cancel orders. You can happily return an unwanted order to us for a full refund by exercising our 45 day no hassle returns policy. Sorry about this!

I want to buy more stock than is displayed, do you have any more? – Everything that we hold in stock is placed on the website. As deliveries come into the warehouse, stock levels are immediately updated on the site so if we don’t have it on the site, or don’t have enough for what you want then we won’t have any more we are afraid to say.

HELP! I need my item delivered ASAP! – No problem amigo’s, when you checkout you will be given the option to upgrade your shipping for all UK orders. We give you free Royal Mail 2nd class delivery which generally takes between 2-4 working days but you can upgrade to Royal Mail 1st class or even tracked next day delivery. Please note though, delivery times are based on working days. If you buy something on Saturday it won’t arrive on Sunday unless we jump in the BuySend.com helicopter and fly it to you but that’s not likely L

For international orders we only offer 1 standard service which takes between 7 and 14 working days so please consider then when purchasing your item/s.

I want to buy a few items; can you combine my shipping cost? -  Firstly all items come with free economy shipping. So you can buy as many items as you like and you won’t be charged shipping. If you want to upgrade your shipping service then there is a charge. We can offer combined upgraded shipping charges on the same items but not on different items. The same items can be picked and sent together but different items can’t….so we have to charge extra for those separately.

I don’t live in the UK, can I still order? – Yes you can! We welcome customers from all over the world and offer shipping to every country on the planet. If the post man will deliver it to you then we’ll send it! The only time we won’t be able to send an order abroad is if the item is too heavy and the shipping carrier won’t take it. When you get to check out you will be able to see if international shipping is available but in 95% of cases it is.

Can I come and collect my item from BuySend HQ? – Whilst it’s always nice to actually meet our customers, unfortunately we don’t allow you to come and collect. Our warehouse is a vey busy working environment and our insurance does not cover customers coming into the work place. So even if you only live down the road, we still have to post your item to you.

Choosing a colour or style of a mixed SKU product – On occasions some of the products we offer come in different colours and styles. In most cases we are able to sell these to you separately so you can choose which colour/style you want but on occasions this isn’t the case. We will state on the advert description if customers are not able to choose a colour or style so it won’t come as a shock to you when you receive the item. If you do receive an item like this and decide you don’t want it you can take us up on our 45 day returns policy which is talked about further up this page.  

Which method of payment do you accept? – We accept any major credit/debit card at checkout or you can pay using your PayPal account. It’s all very quick and easy and most importantly 100% secure! We are PCI compliant and our site is SSL secure.

If I order a few items can I get a discount? – The good news here is YES YOU CAN! We offer a very good discount structure on multi buys of the same item. On the product page there is a drop down menu where you can select what quantity you want and it shows how much discount you get the more you buy. If you are buying 1 each of different items then we can’t offer a discount.
